Log blanks are formed of two or more lamellas. The lamellas are finger-jointed before lamellation, so the extension points are at different places and the products become stronger. We manufacture products from northern pine and spruce.
In manufacturing, we comply with the SFS 5973 STANDARD.
The thicknesses of standard profiles of laminated logs are between 76-275 mm.
The raise height of logs is 160, 180, 208, 234 or 260 mm.
See the standard sizes of the laminated blanks and logs from the list below; we manufacture also custom sizes.
We can also plane the log profile according to the customer’s wishes.
For lamellas, we use the internationally certified Purbond glue and in finger joints, the Kiilto polyurethane glue.
It is possible to protect the logs with Sinesto immersion treatment. It protects the product from blue stain during transport and installation. It is also easier to remove stains caused during installation. The processing will not affect the final treatment.
We supply blanks and logs normally 12 m long or in lengths confirmed in the order confirmation The products are packed in white plastic and the lifting points of planed products are protected with hard boards.
